At SqueakyPro Cleaning and Support Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services, we encourage you to review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not delivered as agreed or was missed.
  • You cancel your scheduled service at least 24 hours in advance.
  • The quality of the service was below our usual standard, and a re-clean could not be scheduled.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the scheduled time).
  • Incorrect service booking without proper notice.
  • Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the service date. Include your booking reference, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant evidence (photos, notes, etc.).

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
